  1. June 2012
    ImStem Biotechnology, Inc (ImStem) is incorporated in Farmington, Connecticut.

  2. October 2012:
    ImStem becomes a member of Technology Incubation Program (TIP) of University of Connecticut.

  3. November 2012:
    ImStem’s Laboratory opens in the TIP facilities of University of Connecticut Health Center.

  4. May 2013:
    ImStem signed patent licensing agreement with University of Connecticut.

  5. June 2013:
    ImStem was awarded $1.13 million for stem cell research by State of Connecticut ImStem was approved for Pre-Seed Funding for $150,000 from Connecticut Innovation .

  6. July 2013:
    ImStem filed 2 PCT patents, with title "MESENCHYMAL-LIKE STEM CELLS DERIVED FROM HUMAN EMBRYONIC STEM CELLS METHODS AND USES THEREOF".

  7. November 2013:
    ImStem announced the opening of their new cGMP Grade facility in Farmington, which can also provide CRO service to researchers across the state.
